"Technical issue" is a tautology

If someone offers "having technical issues" as an explanation for some circumstances, it's informationally equivalent to saying "a reason for this situation exists", which is irrefutably true for literally every situation, meaning no information was actually conveyed. Anything technical by definition relates to solving some issue, and every issue by definition exists within some technical domain.
